Plans for Area Masterplan 3 are submitted
Area Masterplan 3 (AMP3) is the latest phase for the exciting plans for the Linmere development which has now been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) for consideration.
Breheny Civil Engineering is the contractor appointed to build the infrastructure for the first phase of the Linmere development to the North of Houghton Regis.
As part of the first phase we need to create a new road connection from Sundon Road into the development. The work required for this includes rebuilding a section of Sundon Road and we will need to have traffic management to be in place during construction. This will involve:
From 8am on 30th September – 24/7 temporary traffic lights for four weeks.
From 8am on the 28th October – 24/7 road closure of the section marked in red below for 6 weeks, during which time a diversion route via the Woodside Link will be in place.
From 9.30am on 12th December – Off-peak temporary traffic lights for two weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience during the works, which we will endeavour to complete with as little disruption as possible, and will keep you updated if there are any changes. We will also post these via our Twitter feed @brehenycivils or you can contact us on 0800 232 1794 if you have any questions.
