Connecting with nature and our surrounds is an important feature of living in Linmere. The Linmere walking loops offer our residents and visitors a way of connecting with countryside around us.

We’ve charted 4 desginated trails, varying from easy to moderate, all starting out from Linmere Park. 2 include a stop at local pubs for refreshment, on route.

WALK ONE – The Star at Chalton

A short walk to the Star at Chalton Public House.

Distance: 1.56 miles

Difficulty: level 1

WALK TWO – The Chiltern Way

A loop overlooking Linmere and back along the Ouzel Brook.

Distance: 2.22 miles

Difficulty: level 2

WALK THREE – Through Chalgrave

A circular walk through Chalgrave and up towards Fancott.

Distance: 3.97 miles
