A place to connect

The Farmstead at Linmere offers a place to meet, entertain, celebrate, learn, share and connect. The Farmstead is a sustainably-built community facility, with a large Café on site, dog groomers, and Lash Lounge beauty salon.

Our three flexible spaces offer residents, businesses and the wider community a venue for a range of occasions and requirements. Spaces can be adapted to meet your needs and are available to hire from 9am – 11pm, 7 days a week. All room bookings are subject to approval and terms and conditions.

The facilities

Our 3 rooms for hire offer a choice of options, from small group gatherings to large events, each space bookable by the hour between 9am and 11pm. The facility is served by a large 20m2 kitchen, two fully accessible toilets and a reception area. Alongside WiFi, multiple electrical points, a mobile presentation screen, hosts have access to 25 tables and 150 chairs to cover any event requirement.

You can book and pay for your room hire here, using one of the links below. Select the space that meets your event needs, then choose the hours you want, including time for set-up and cleaning, then complete the booking form and payment. Please read our terms and conditions before you complete the booking. You will also need to describe your event, so we can approve your booking.
