Sitting within beautifully landscaped grounds and Linmere Park, The Farmstead consists of three barns arranged around a central courtyard and a nature-inspired children’s adventure playground.

This lively hub offers many experiences for its growing community. You’ll find a café to enjoy brunch with friends, and a wealth of activities and events on at the community hall including yoga and fitness classes and things for little ones to get involved with. There’s an expanding retail offering too, with a pop-up events space that can be hired, just like the community hall.

The Farmstead acts as a focal point for walkers and cyclists to meet and families dropping in after school – as well as those venturing from further afield. There’s always something interesting going on in this lively hub. A space to meet your community and find out how other enjoy living at Linmere.

It is also home to the wider Linmere management team, who have offices in one of the barns. So you can be assured that support is available on site.
