Linmere residents have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of allotment gardening, through a limited provision of community allotments designed to encourage healthy living, sustainability, and community engagement. The allotment site can be found next to Linmere park, adjacent to the allotment car park.
These allotments offer Linmere residents the chance to grow their own fruit, vegetables, and flowers, while connecting with others who share a passion for gardening and the outdoors.
These allotments are a limited provision, allocated through a waiting list system, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is subject to plots becoming available when an existing tenancy is released.
