Progress Update
The Linmere Masterplan is influenced by a number of design concepts and principles that have been carefully considered throughout the planning and development process. Everything we create is inspired by:
- Connecting residents to nature – creating inclusive and accessible open spaces that offer and encourage active and play opportunities for all ages
- Enhancing biodiversity – the green open spaces have been designed to create new habitat for a diverse range of wildlife and in turn boost biodiversity on site
- Promoting active travel – Linmere has been designed to encourage and enable active travel throughout the development through safe pedestrian and cycle routes
