The Farmstead is the heart and soul of Linmere, a space where everyone is welcome. Sitting within its own landscaped grounds, The Farmstead consists of three barns arranged around a central courtyard. Inside this lively hub you’ll find a café bistro, a community hall for hire, an expanding retail offering, a pop-up for hire, plus yoga and fitness classes to participate in and a nature-inspired children’s adventure playground.

If you are meeting family or friends, dropping in after school, or looking for a quiet cup of coffee, drop in to The Farmstead whenever you like. It is also home to the wider Linmere management team who have offices in one of the barns, so rest assured that support is available on site.
