Opening early 2022, The Farmstead, with it’s community hall and cafe, along with the Park will be the central hub at Linmere . These will both be open by early in 2022 and will be available for everyone to use.
We would like to speak to you about how you would like to use the facilities with the new community at Linmere.
At the Farmstead alongside the new Community Hall there will be a café and retail units. The hall will have a large open area that can be separated off to host smaller groups, all with modern kitchen facilities.
The community hall will be available to book for all types of clubs and groups, from keep fit, toddler groups, historical societies to any other local meetings that can be held in a hall. There will be a café at the farmstead for refreshments and somewhere to meet up with friends and family. The adventure playground surrounding the Farmstead will keep the younger ones occupied.
The landscaped park at Linmere will also be available to use, with a track around the perimeter for walking or running and a large central area for sports or other activities.
