Join us for Everybody Bootcamps on Linmere Park!
The new Everybody Bootcamps have successfully launched at Linmere, running every Saturday, from 9am, 10am and 11am, hosted by Ryan from Fiitlab.
Using a combination of HIIT and strength training, Everybody Bootcamps give you 45 minutes of high-energy workout, with Ryan providing bags of guidance and motivation.
Ryan gets the Bootcampers moving through their first routines.
Bootcamps have become hugely popular, in recent years, as a highly accessible means of starting and maintaining a fitness journey. Combining cardio and strength training can help with weight loss and muscle building. As well as improving cardiovascular health, they also offer a lot of benefits for mental health, building mental resilience, discipline and sense of accomplishment.
Each session puts our Bootcampers through a mix of cardio, weights and endurance.
During the first 2 Everybody Bootcamp sessions on Saturday, from 9am and 10am, you’ll be joining a lot of Ryan’s longer-term clients, where the pace is more intense. You’ll also get to hear their own stories of how Ryan has helped support their fitness journey. If you’re looking for a gentler introduction to Bootcamp life, you’ll find a more manageable pace from 11am.
As the name suggests, Everybody Bootcamp is open to everybody, of any age and ability.
