New parking restrictions have been applied to Sallow Field and Elmers Gate, prohibiting any parking on these roads, operated by Flashpark. Both these roads have been subject to numerous complaints about inconsiderate and dangerous parking. This measure is being introduced to ensure these roads are kept clear and safe for emergency services access at all times, whilst improving safety for all users and residents.
Signage is now in place, detailing restrictions.
Signage is now in place, across both roads, to notify users of these restrictions, as well as guidance on reporting a parking infraction to our team. To make a report, you can email the details, including date, time and images, to parking@linmere.com. Residents on Sallow Field, and connecting roads, will have received a letter detailing the restrictions, as well as a guide to taking images.

The introduction of restrictions is not something we take lightly. We encourage residents to use their allocated parking spaces and driveways to park vehicles. We’re hopeful these measures will improve our community spaces, ensuring Linmere continues to be a safe place for residents to live and travel.
Restrictions start on week commencing 24th February 2025.
