AREA MASTERPLAN 4 (AMP4), IS THE LATEST EXCITING PHASE TO COME FORWARD AT LINMERE, PROVIDING APPROXIMATELY 1,100 NEW HOMES AND IS LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF TITHE FARM.
Creating a beautiful and active landscape will be the main inspiration for the new neighbourhood.
Varied open spaces will be accessible to everyone and foster play, physical activity and social interaction.
New habitats will be created that encourage wildlife and increase the overall biodiversity of the site.
This latest phase is designed to promote active travel (walking, cycling and public transport) as the preferable mode for people to move around the site.
