The Linmere team joined bpha, Hill Group UK, Homes England and Central Beds Council, for a topping out ceremony at the bpha homes development, on Phase 2, next to The Farmstead. The topping out ceremony marks the highest point of construction for 100 affordable homes around Huckett Street, as part of the growing Linmere community.
The new development will provide 51 homes for rent and 49 for shared ownership, with a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, alongside two and three bedroomed houses. All homes will benefit from their own dedicated parking space and access to EV charging points.
Emma and Declan, from the Linmere team, mark the important milestone for Phase 2.
Once the majority of the development is complete, we will aim to open up Huckett Street, linking access between Lidl, the Farmstead and Phase one.
