You will also see an invitation to join our Annual Residents Survey, which is open until 8th March 2026. Whether you’ve lived here for 2 years or 2 months – your opinion counts. The survey will only take a few minutes and will give you the chance to share your thoughts on facilities, events, activities, green spaces and community connections. We’re also running a draw for a £100 ROAM Café voucher, for everyone entering the survey.

Prize draw terms & conditions

By entering the prize draw, through completing the online survey, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 2. The prize draw is being run by Linmere (Houghton Regis Management Ltd). 3. Only those of the age of 18, who participate in the online questionnaire, will be entered into the draw. 4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 5. A maximum of one entry per individual. 6. The prize draw is free to enter, by simply completing the online questionnaire. 7. Entry into the Free Prize Draw ends at 10pm on Sunday 8th March 2026; the winner will be drawn on Tuesday 10th 2026 – at random – and notified by email following the draw. 8. The winner must claim the prize by 12:00pm on Friday 13th March 2026, or the draw will be re-run to find a new winner. 9. The promoter will not accept responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate contact details. 10. The prize is a £100 voucher to spend at Roam Café . 11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 12. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used for the purposes of running the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within Linmere’s privacy policy. 13. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@linmere.com 14. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants, if requested. 15. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Linmere’s privacy policy. 16.
