We hosted another successful Fitness Day at The Farmstead, to mark the start of 2026. Our regular Farmstead Class-makers introduced our eager residents to sample the classes, hosted every week at Linmere.
We thank everyone who supported the event, especially our generous class markers hosting free sessions for residents to sample. This is the start, however, to recruiting residents to join our classes and help us on our fitness journeys, throughout 2026. Kick, Box & Burn – every Monday 7:00–7:45pm
Hosted by Emma, this is a full-body, high-calorie-burning Kickbox fitness class. Suitable for any level of fitness, and designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and confident. Regular sessions will help with fat loss, muscle gain, balance, coordination – leading to improved wellbeing and a chance to connect with new faces in the community.
Your first introduction session, for those who didn’t join our fitness day, is FREE and £8 per session beyond. You don’t need to bring gloves for your first session, as kit will be provided.
