Dunstable-based Joanne has been a student of Yoga for over 20 years, qualifying as a teacher in 2021. Joanne specialises in Yoga for all ages, including mindfulness classes for children and adults. Yoga for Everyone is, literally, open to all ages, abilities, including anyone taking their first step on the Yoga journey.
The sessions are broadly based on Hatha Yoga, moving at a slower pace, with a focus on controlled movements, breathing and stretching. You’ll require your own Yoga mat, whilst a limited number will be available for first timers at the launch class.
