Pupils from The Chiltern School in Houghton Regis have played a key role in adding a creative flourish to the newly-opened show home on Linmere, thanks to a collaboration with local housing association bpha.
As part of the project, bpha briefed pupils to create artwork inspired by the community and the surrounding area. The pupils produced more than 20 unique pieces, with eight artworks selected to feature prominently within the show home.
The chosen pieces are now proudly displayed in the kitchen area, offering visitors a vibrant connection with the creativity of local young people.

The chosen pieces adorn the kitchen wall, in the new show home.
bpha is now marketing a selection of 1–4 bedroom homes, available through shared ownership, with buyers able to purchase between 25% and 75%, making them a great option for first-time buyers looking to step onto the property ladder. A copy of the bpha 2 bedroom brochure is available on the link below.
Emma Farrier, Linmere Community Marketing Manager, praised the collaboration, saying:
“The Chiltern School is always keen to connect with external parties to help support creative projects like this. bpha were really appreciative of all the submissions and have displayed the chosen pieces in the social / kitchen area of the show home.”
The partnership reflects bpha’s ongoing commitment to building strong community links while offering affordable, high-quality homes on the Linmere development.
