This month sees the launch of the annual Linmere Residents Survey. It’s an opportunity to get involved and tell us what you like about life at Linmere and what you want to see in the future.

The survey touches on the facilities available across Linmere, asking for your view:

Which green spaces do you enjoy using?

What do you think of the playgrounds?

What would you like to see at The Farmstead?

Share your views on all this and more. We’d love to know what you think, so we can ensure Linmere continues to grow as a community and provides all the things residents want to see. Residents’ Drop In at the Farmstead – 15th–16th March 2024

Once we’ve collected thoughts and views from the community, we’ll be hosting a residents’ drop in at The Farmstead to share the results and a range of updates for the community. Come along and find out what’s next for Linmere:

Friday 15^th March 2 – 5pm

Saturday 16th March 10 – 2pm

There’ll be drinks and refreshments, plus entertainment for the children. Drop in any time, we’d love to see you!

Prize draw terms & conditions

By entering the prize draw, through completing the online survey, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 2. The prize draw is being run by Linmere (Houghton Regis Management Ltd). 3. Only those of the age of 18, who participate in the online questionnaire, will be entered into the draw. 4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 5. A maximum of one entry per individual. 6. The prize draw is free to enter, by simply completing the online questionnaire. 7. Entry into the Free Prize Draw ends at 5pm on Thursday 29 February 2024; the winner will be drawn on Monday 4 March 2024 – at random – and notified by email following the draw. 8. The winner must claim the prize by 12:00pm on Friday 8 March 2024, or the draw will be re-run to find a new winner. 9. The promoter will not accept responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate contact details. 10. The prize is a £100 Marks & Spencer shopping voucher. 11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 12. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used for the purposes of running the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within Linmere’s privacy policy. 13. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@linmere.com 14. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants, if requested. 15. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Linmere’s privacy policy. 16. Linmere reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
